COMPETITION

In 2016 Laurie became a semi finalist in the Händel competition in London.

EDUCATION

Laurie graduated from the Royal Flemish Conservatory of Antwerp with
Stephanie Friede as her voice teacher. There she followed art song class with
Lucienne Van Deyck and Jozef De Beenhouwer and opera class with Guy Joosten.
Laurie participated in master classes with Axel Everaert, Jard van Nes, Carol Yahr,
John Norris, Abbie Furmansky, Tom Allen, Rosemary Joshua, Mitchell Piper,
David Blackburn, Neil Rosenshein and Patricia McCaffrey.
